    Do anyone know about this tonic - Ashokaaristha ?
    I came to know from someone that it is good for women and helps in regularising periods.
    Is it correct ? Can anyone please tell whether it can be taken or not. Has anyone tried this tonic? Please need your help in this regard.

    you are right. it is very helpfull for regularising the periods if taken as per ayurveda rules.

    YA ASHOKARISHTA IS A GOOD TONIC WHICH REGULARIZE UR PERIODS. ITS TRUE , IM TELLING THIS BECAUSE, I HAVE TAKEN THIS TONIC AND MY PERIODS GOT REGULAR WITH IN A MONTH. ALL THE DOCTORS TOLD ME THAT UR PERIOD WONT GET REGULARIZE, BUT I HAVE GONE TO AN AYURVEDIC DOCTOR WHO ADVISE ME THIS TONIC BUT I MYSELF SAW THE MIRACLE THAT MY PERIOD GOT REGULARIZE.:bonk

    Hi,

    Yes this is a very good tonic also for strengthening the reproductive system in females. I took it when in teens to regulate heavy periods and it did help.
