    Re: nylon socks dolls

    hello friends,
first of all hearty thanks to all ur appreciation,
    the procedure goes as follows,
1-take nylon socks who do not have much cotton % in them,
2-then over turn the sock into the inner side of the sock,
3-take a scissor and carefully cut the stitched pard in a curve that is near the toes it is stitche,
4-start pulling out threads closest to the cutting,
5-first u will get small pieces coming out, then as u keep neatly pulling out one by one thread, when near to the finishing of the toe area, u will get a thread that, when pulled will come out in one whole piece,
6-when u have gotten that thread, tie it to the back of the chair, tight enough to not get off, now strat wrapping the thread on the back of the chair, when u reach the start of the heel region in the socks stop and cut the thread and tie it on teh chair so it doesnt open, leave it there
7-now get somethin that u can wrap the remaining sock thread that we have, much smanller than the earlier one, wrap till the end of the sock and cut of the thread and tie so it does not come off,
8-take off the thread bundle both of the chair carefully,
9-it will be in a round circle shape double fold the smaller one, and now also double fold the bigger one in such a way that the smaller bundle must be kept in the fold of the bigger bundle,
10-there u have the doll ready, put a ruffle to hold the head and hair in place.cut the edges of the hair to give neat look.
11-now ur doll is ready decorate according to ur taste,
12-and if u want loose fibre for the base then u must not wrap it on the chair, just keep pulling it out and leave it loose, when needed scatter it nicely and keep the dolls over it
hope the procedure was helpful and satisfing,
    any other queries friends?????
    will be happy to help
    love kiran

Re: HUT - made by unused book

    Hi aishwarya

please call me just sunitha ya...i am a very young girl you know...:rotfl

i am not good in ms-paint:hide: still i have somehow made attempt to make you understand..

    View attachment hut book.bmp

Only a book/magazine with a lot of pages will give a very good look after completing the folding...

first try the folding in a small magazine...fold each page of the book like a triangle (upper portion) till the edge of the page touches the centre of the book.

then folded triangle portion again as shown in the picture.

press/crease the folds neatly so that they dont come out...it never happens anyway if there are a lot of pages in the book.

sorry if i am not able to picturise the procedure properly :bowdown still i think you will be able to get an idea..:idea
