    I was wondering about this...
    Are there any reasonably priced areas where I can rent out and make good money after paying emi and other expenses?

    I am looking at Chennai , Tiruchi areas. Please let me know.

    return on investment is never justified in case of rental perspective..and chennai right now has too much surplus that you may not find it easy to rent out, unless you can compromise...
