Are sprouts good for you?

    Hey :wave
    I am seriously trying to lose my weight.right now i am having sprouts as my breakfast(daily 1-11/2cup).Some people say its not gud to have sprouts daily.
    shud i continue r not?
    pls suggest me.If not sprouts wat can i have for my breakfast?
    B4 i used to have "honey bunch cerelas".But i realized they r more sweet n stopped eating them.

    early morning u take 1glass of lemon water mixed with 1spoon pure honey.c lemon reduces fat really.annd do 1/2 hour any exercise daily if possible and eat fruits take food but in less quatity.

    Hello Ladies:

    A BOWL OF SPROUTS MAKES THE BEST BREAKFAST .

    I take sprouts for breakfast 5 days a week and on sat and sun I take anyother breakfast like idli, dosa.

    Taking sprouts actually fills in any vitamin deficiency and also fills you up with lot of energy till lunch time.

    Sprouts are full of life. They have the life giving energy in them. Thats called 'Pranik tatva'.
    So, no one need doubt the goodness of sprouts.

    Food in its natural form is all good. Processed food takes lot of time to digest thereby resulting in loss of energy too.

    Sprouts-rich in nutrients and very healthy. Also easy to prepare. I do add sprouts in my family diet twice or thrice a week.
