    Sometimes my wife acts stupid, sometimes I act stupid. We are both human. But if one of us acts smarter OR both of us act smart and do something well, we consider ourselves a smarter couple.

    Do you mean men are scared of smart women or smart wife/gf? By your definition of smartness, I would be scared of a "smart" man as my husband.. if my husband does not depend on me for anything , physically or emotionally I would be feeling empty and at the same time. The need to be felt needed is very important to both man and woman. Needed not needy :)

    Male ego...well knowledge comes with experience and yes i have experienced the male ego so i might have some knowlwdge on it
    Break offs- No idea at all...and i dont want to postmortem someone else's relationships..
    When i started this thread i expected some strong views...but i never intended to hurt someone.
