    Hi,
I don't know about grapes but I am taking all type of fruits so far including grapes. If you have any doubt best ask your doctor. Based on your health only they can suggest which is good for you.

If you get organic grapes, its okay. Don't take conventional as it is the biggest container of pesticides. Read up on the fruits and veggies which are treated with most pesticides and avoid them if you can't find them organic.

    Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Anything in moderation is good..all fruits (except raw papaya and pineapple) can be eaten in moderation....
however, bear in mind that Mango, and grapes are heat producing fruits, in first trimester avoid too much heat production....dont take any hot spices in curries like cinnamon, cloves, ajwain etc...too much heat can cause MC....

I would advise you to not SHUN anything completely...a few grapes here and there in the whole day dont matter.... but just having a bowl of grapes may contribute to body heat production which is not good for you right now at 9 weeks..

wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months ahead!

I just read someone posted about fruits being organic..I read somewhere strawberries and apples have highest pesticide content so if you happen to like them, buy organic...buy quality over quantity...

You can eat all of fruits and vegetables during pregnancy at moderation including papaya, pineapple, grapes, mango. just keep an eye on the quantity you eat. if you have any condition like gestational diabetes check with your doctor. the things you have to avoid unpasteurized cheese like feta, blue cheese uncooked eggs, half boiled egg. if you have any doubt check with your doctor or nutritionist
