Apts in Eagan with Indian community - please help

Hi,
iam now in richmond,va.we r moving to eagan on jun 23.we checked lots of apartments in net.my husband's work place is in eagan in highway 55.its near Lexington avenue.after a long search,found few with availability in June end.they are aspen woods,lemay lake,south view gables,south gate etc.we are a family of 3.me,my hubby,and 2 yr old kid.in some apts they accept single bed for 3 occupants.

other apartments are available only in July first week.we can't stay in hotel for such a long time.so anyone guide me about the apartments in that place and I expect some indian community there. There is lots of difference in the apartments of mn.so please help me to find one with good amenities and reasonable rent.
