    I am remembering i have given idli to my dd before giving rice with moong dal. Keeraj, since your kid completed 6months you can start giving mashed dal rice

    I got my period yesterday... I dont know how many days it will be there since coming sunday having home warming function.

    Worrying about milk production...

    milk supply wont go down because of periods. I had my first periods for 45 days then after 1 month interval it is regularly coming and my supply is not affected by this
