Great to know that your appraisal was as expected...This being appraisal time all my friends only talk about it..>Either they complain how bad the bell curve is and how this stupid system works(getting average or low rating) or appreciate the system for giving the right rating(Top Rankers)..


Till last year i was one among the category..this year i am on contract Job..hence no appraisal
