cut and grind it in a mixer,with some warm water, filter it. you ll get very thin water without the fibres in the fruit...( fibres may create stomach ache in babies) add sugar, some warm water if required... give just 2 spoons, or 10 ml initially... and increase quantity in the following days, if it suits him... no hurry, baby's stomach is very tender...
This is how I used to prepare apple juice for LO: Peel apple (Helps in extracting the juice by adding very little water). Cut apple. Remove cores. Grind it in the mixer by adding boiled and filtered water (very little). Strain. Give the juice. (I did not add sugar)
