    hi all ladies
    some one told me about w8 loss that drinking 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in 1 galss of warm water in nite is good 4 w8 loss :coffee. has ne1 tried it?

    Hi Mehak,

    I too have heard about this. But never really have tried it myself.
    However I am presently on a gear set to Reduce my weight.

    My first step is doing GM Diet. It cleanses the system and increases the metabolism.

    Also as a result I have stopped eating junk food.

    I am going to start having Honey with lemon in warm water every morning.

    I do have read that Apple cider vinegar taken before meal times basically acts as catalyst for digestion. Take in prescribed quantities would be my only suggestion
