Before Manyata Tech park , Take hennur road on RHS, go towards Bio con , which is 2 kms inside on main road. You will see lot of upcoming projects from Mantri, LGCL and many other brands. I liked LGCL row houses, which was around 1.25Cr, but really worth. After 1 kms from Outer ring road, its 4 lane road, which leads to Intl Airport road. Shobha is coming up new project 3-5 kms away from Hebbal.Please check it up. Hebbal to Yelankha road is worth to revisit since Metro is coming up and wil be ready by 2014.
Thanks vemala; can you suggest some 2 BHK apts for investment near the IT belt where we get a good rent. My budget would be around 30-40 lakhs.
2 BHK (1200 sft) apartments are any where between 45-55laks, where as you get 16-18k rent in the IT belt(From Silk board circle to Hebbal flyover). Whitefiled area is improving and lot of apartments are coming up. Check in Artha properties or any small builders like Keerthi . Hebbal to Yelankha area will improve in next 3-4 yrs because of metro. Its good bet for investment as well new IT sector investments are more between Yelankha and Intl Airport road.
