Is it possible to share the link to Craigslist for the condo u were referring to?

 

Mine is 2BD/2 BA with washer and dryer inside.

Condo was in perfect condition when we moved in with new carpet and paint.

 

I saw the link on craigslist for Ravens Crest condo with 2BD/2BA for around 1300 and 1250.

I hope its the same. Will check out the same.

Aditi , 1250$ is the one posted by my owner.

I saw another one in Aspen for 1300.

Aspen is just opposite to ravens Crest and its also good,even bigger than ravens crest and closet space is more.

 

Even I saw the one in Aspen.

The only thing I am thinking about is, we still have 2 months to go before we shift. We will be shifting and taking up the condo in July end.

So will the owner agree to it and wait until then without rent? Thats one question I was thinking about condos.

Hmmm... Lets see. On this weekend we are planning to check out Fox run, Ravens Crest, Quail Ridge, Pheasant Hollow and Deer Creek as they are all close by.

 

yeah, for 2 months, the condo owners will not wait unless they have some renovation work.But give a try,even they might have put the ad as soon as they got notice from the current tenant.

For visiting apartments, please make sure you take an appointment with the leasing office.

when we were looking all the apartments in this area,in one of the apartments the laesing office lady refused to show the house as we were late by 20 mins.

As per your suggestion we have booked an appointment with Fox run. But havent got response from Ravens Crest.

I am also thinking about renting out a condo coz I feel they are in the same range.

So do you have Indian neighbors around in the condo you live?

We had checked out all the apts today. We had liked one apt in Quail Ridge and Ravens Crest.

Fox Run was good but she had just 1 apt and that too just by the pond which I wasnt interested coz of the insects. She dint have any other apts for the move in date we have in mind.

In Ravens Crest she gave us a good deal for a ground floor 2BDR/1 BA which are thinking of!

Vaishnavi, I was looking for condo advts and saw something in Aspen. How is this place? Do you have any idea and any Indians living around?

Generally in Plainsboro, there are lot of Indians living around.
All my neighbours are Indians and for Aspen , its a good community.

We booked one apt in Ravens Crest.

It is in the Ground Floor and we wanted to install Dish TV also. It was the only one available with 2BDR-1Bath. So we booked it...

This Dish was our major concern as we have a contract with them for 2 years.

Thanks for your help... There are many apts on 3rd floor but very few on ground floor.
