    Hi
I wanted to know if any of you used /uses the masala Dabba in your kitchen ?

I have one Tupper ware plastic material masala Dabba which I bought it from India 7 years ago and been using it.

No tear or anything. I have been maintaining it and using it for all my spice mixes and sometimes I replace with all biryani items in that box .like all in one go and easy to cook instead of taking different boxes for Clive's, cardamom, cinnamon sticks etc.

Now I use it for all powders like turmeric, chilli, cumin etc. I just moved to a new house recently and brought it here. And my dh doesn't want me to use the masala Dabba and replace it with any spice jar.

I do have a rack of spice jar which I got from Amazon which has around 16 small spice jars. Other than that , I use this spice box too as I am used to it or whatever reason , I just don't feel like throwing it off.

I checked online and saw good stainless steel masala Dabbas. So thought of replacing this plastic one with steel one.

I wanted to know if any of you use it in your kitchen and any pros cons?

No pros or cons for both but it’s just more of individual preference.
I have 2 Masala dabbas. One is Tupperware ( Used for North Indian masalas) and other one is steel one( South Indian tadka)

Yeah it's definitely individual preference. Good idea to use both for different purposes. I have one plastic one and got another steel one yesterday from the store.
