    Hello,

There are variety of green leafy veggies when you visit the supermarkets in Singapore, which is not the ones we use. Has anyone tried them?? And what do you use it for?

    Thanks,
    Mamatha

    Hi Mamatha,

I use Chye Sim , Sharp Spinach and Round Spinach from Fair Price. And I use them in all dishes you have mentioned dal and gravy vegetables. Round spinach is closest to our taste as per my experience.

    Kavitha

even i have tried all the greens kailan, red spinach, yili .. i cook it the indian way only..either with onions or dhal..infact most of the greens are bland in taste...so it goes well with all type of cooking and also they require min. steaming/cooking time

    Hi Rani,

I like the veg noodles (bee hoon) and my kids love chicken rice, chicken rice porridge, nasi goreng, nasi lemak... the list is endless :) Being vegetarian, I have less choices than them, but never found myself without an option when eating out :)
