Anyone residing in morris crossing apts in morristown?

Anyone residing in Morris Crossing Apts in Morristown, NJ. My cousin is planning to move to the area and has kind of finalized on the apt. Would like to know, if there is someone else around that area who could give a better idea of the apt or area around with better apartments. Their budget is around $1800. They are looking for a 2 bedroom apt. Ladies, any help or suggestions? Btw, her husband will be working in MorrisPlains/Parsippany
