    Yes we never what's causing the symptoms. I saw the GI doctor this week. He ordered an endoscopy for me.

    Hope you get better soon.
    I don't know much about this. You should have smaller meals more often. Try going off lactose.
    I had severe gas and bloating and the first thing doc said was to stop milk. Don't have coffee or tea as these irritate the stomach

    Yes I agree with that. I was taking tea/coffee twice a day..once this symptoms started, I stopped drinking tea/coffee and also plain milk.
    Stopped a month ago. But the symptoms have not changed yet. Still have burning sensation in the upper abdomen and bloated like 9 months pregnant. Taking medicine and have to wait to see the results.

    I used to have this issue ,severe bloating and my friends noticed this.What I did is reduced milk intake, I use very little in my chai and also in oats.After every meal I move around ,Walking inside the house.Always drank warm water and occasionally jeera/ajwain water .Drank 1 cup of lemon juice without sugar every day and I eat oats for my dinner. Also took Patanjali hing tablet at night and that helped a lot.My bloating and tummy bulging has stopped.

    Ohh thanks for sharing this information. Did your bloating looks like my picture? Mine looks like 9 months pregnant and very huge tummy and heavy.

    I am avoiding milk now and stopped a month ago. Not taking tea or coffee too. I didn't do the lemon juice yet. I tried drinking jeera water and ginger water. No help and still having the big huge tummy.
    How long did it take for you to see changes in the bloating?

    It took a month for me to see changes.I started walking morning and evening 15 mins each and that speeden up the process
