Anybody living in Stratford Apartments,Wilmington,Delaware

Hi,

How is this apartment? I mean how is the maintanence staff, do they come and solve your complaints soon? I have heard some 'not-so-good' things about this place, the noise,the maintenance,the parking problem,the smell etc.Is it true?

Hi Tammana,

I have quite a few friends staying in stratford, and most of my husbands colleagues too.

Our friends too were complaining abt the things u have mentioned.
The advantage of staying there is u have lot of indian community, shopping within walking distance and easy transport....
