Sapnavamsi, Goodluck with starting the 12day Ganesha pooja on Tuesday. I am so sorry, I don't know what jilledu leaves are. You can do the pooja without any durva leaves, in fact as long as I was in Europe, I did it without the durva. If possible, if you get flowers, you can submit one flower after each chanting, instead of durva. I think I did that once, but that was just something I came up with, not compulsory. Just do the pooja with a happy heart and Ganesha will take care of everything. Maybe you can try a local Ganesha temple, they usually sell durva garlands outside the temple. I buy one and keep it in the fridge for the 12 days, and draw from that.

hi, For kethu dasha, you can read kethu ashtotharam for 42days or specific no. of days. Definetly you will find good results.
Hi vidya, Im happy to get these pooja details and I started the 12 days pooja yesterday... since it was tuesday and Ammavasai too.. I didnt have the durva grass but as u said... managed with 12 jasmine flowers.. I did it in the evening.. Today also.. due to eclipse.. i was not able to do the pooja this morning and came to office.. so planned to do in the evening.. Is it ok to do in the evenings? But I shall try to perform the pooja early morning itself.. And can I offer the Durva grass upon Ganesha ? if so it may go into the vessel with water also.. Then next day can I take the dry grass away? Anyhow.. I believe Ganesha will shower his grace for sure.. Thanks Nimmi
Dear, Thanks for your sharing this pooja with us... I love LOLO (my pet name for Lord Ganesha), He is my best friend. I chant his mantras during my pooja time everyday & read His slokam too. Anyway i will start to do this pooja from tomorrow (tuesday). May LOLO Bless everyone !! Thanks again.
hi all right now i m undergoing kethu desai .. just came across this thread and vidhya thanks for the wonderful sloka.. I am planning to start with the pooja this new moon day. Before that i have few doubts 1) Do i need to use only copper cup 2) Can i use the statue or ganesha made in china clay or do i need to use ganesha in metal form. Thanks in Advance Archana
