    Hi,
    I am very interested in buying an apartment in INDUS ANANTYA.
    I like their location, plan, floor plans, etc...
    I want to know if there are some things I need to be warned of when dealing with them. Their current rate of almost 4000 psft (total cost/saleable area) seems high. How much can I negotiate?
