Any ideas to reduce cheeks????

    Hi,
    After pregnancy I have got this bubbly cheeks which I want to reduce...! Can one suggest any idea for that!!?
    Ofcourse my weight has also increased but I am trying to reduce it through diet(which I am not very strict about) and excercise!!

    So..what to do wiith the extra cheeks?Any ideas pls..???

    There are some specific exercises you can do for the cheeks but it is not going to work if that is the only thing you rely on to reduce the fat. Start a whole body workout routine and you will see that your face will be the first to reduce in fat. That is the most affective method.

    Here are a couple of facial exercises for your cheeks:

    Blow air in your mouth as if you are blowing a balloon and hold for a few seconds and let go. Repeat 10 times.

    Suck you cheeks in and let go quickly and repeat this 10 times.

    Do these exercises few times a day along with your whole body workout.

    Great idea ..devia... hope i can try this exercise too ,as i 've extra cheeks ...but i am not overweight..But still i exercise daily to keep me fit .
