Any Good + Healthy Suggestions for Fairness Soap

hi, im trying to find a good and reliable facial soap to use...that could effectively serve towards achieving fairer, even and healthier skin complexion. i would really appreciate any suggestions... preferably products you have experienced.

im hesitant to try non-retail brands like Phillipne soap or fair lovely soaps because i heard negative things about long term use.
healthier and even skin is my priority.
