Antique-silver choker-what to wear with

Hi all,
I need your suggestions here.
I have antique-silver choker necklace.

Length-width very similar to this-gold choker in this link -
Indian Costume Jewellery

But mine is dull,dark silver
But i have never worn it and i own it for yrs.

With what western outfits & colors i can carry it .
I have indian dresses/suit/saree here but i dont think it goes with any of what i have here in US.( Limited indian wardrobe)
Also most of my indian dresses are all party wears,too heavy in itself...to wear this.
