    Hi everyone,
    Can anyone please tell me from which age to use anti aging products . Im 25 years old ,can i start using anti aging products or is it too early..
    please share your valuable advices.

    once the beautician told to start as early as 30, but the product changes as the age progress, but didn't get time yet to research on that. I too would love to know what our ILites use and how beneficial is that.

    I think the best thing to start with is prevention and protection in the 20s. Sunscreen is a must, find something that is broad spectrum that protects UVA and UVB. Then moisturizer always helps and it feels good on the face too. Eye cream is good, and you can go in for a facial every few months for something more thorough.

    and i also need a suggestion regarding brand is good -- olay or aveeno or nivea or neutrogena
