Spoiler if I need to relook and you have another answer, then my answer is also correct and there is more than one answer to this one. My logic was 1 for each intersection point of two lines. So 9 in first, one in second and therefore 4 in third.
Spoiler using 5 , 7 and 9 (rotated to form 6), the sum 5+7+6=18. Also since nowhere is it mentioned about no repetitions, 9+6+3=18 (using 9 and rotated 9 a.k.a.6)
