Another Inning -weight Loss And Fitness - Water Therapy, Clean Diet And Little Exercise

    Hello Friends,

    I am starting this thread to track my fitness journey, please feel free to join if interested. I am full time working mom of two with no family support. I had started fitness journey many time but it was never on track. I did little research on net and made little change in my eating habit and schedule with one cheat day in a week .

    My plan to start from Saturday -

    1- 6:30 am - 1 lit of normal water with thyroid medicine (doing since last 4 days)

    2 - 7:00 - Amla juice - drinking since last one month

    7:30 am - tea (cant live without it)

    8:30 breakfast


    1:00 - lunch (2 chapati, sabji and curd with salad ) - water only 30 min of lunch


    4:30 - light snacks (I am full junkie but trying to eliminate it slowly)

    8:00 - Dinner - mostly 2 brown bread veg sandwitch or 2 chapati

    10:00 - sleep

    - water - 3-4 lit a day

    Earlier I was also drinking green tea (2 cup in a day) -will start again
