How abt a v simple gift which could give him a lot of smiles even before he gets home?You can buy 3-4 gifts like a cool t-shirt,watch,ur fav songs CD,movie CD ( Since ur DH loves to watch movies),some gadget.Just distribute all these to ppl like your security guard,some child whos playing outside your house,a neighbour you can trust (so the MIL doesnt poke her nose) and he comes from office gets all these in your desired sequence...so this way he's all smiles all the way to home.
you can also buy a few red roses and make a heart shape just abt your pillow size and hide it beneath the pillow.in the night when it hits 12:00 surprise him.This is what my DH did on our 1st night.I just ♥ this.

My anniversary is coming on 24th Oct and my hubby is pretty much ike yours; practical and is not into romantic stuff at all. Since I had already given him cologne, gift cards, gadgets etc for other occassions, I am wondering what to do for the coming big day. We dont have any keds yet, so I guess i can plan something nice. But usually we make all the planning together so i am not sure if I should do it or not.
He loves bikes a ot. perhaps a magazine? But I need to find something else to go with it!

 

I like the idea of photo mug...Can you tell me how you did it?. I know we can do it walmart.

Could u please tell/suggest me how t celebrate my first anniversary falling on next month.
we both planned to go out to a quite place far from city(Chennai).
But,unsure where to go?

Can anyone suggest?

Congratulations!!!!!!

i heard that so many nice resorts in Madras iself. Instead of going far away, stay in one of the fancy place. Get massage, facial and great dinner. Go to the beach and walk. EXCHANGE GIFTS.

spending time with each other is very important.

I agree with coffeelover. :gift Fyi recently one of my colleague had her wedding night in FISHERMAN COVE in the ECR. She said it was good. :thumbsup

if i am in ur place....i would go to kerala and spend my wedding nite in the boat.
if u wish to go outside country...i would suggest swizz
