    Hi all,
I get angry very soon. I am always tensed. I am planning to do yoga breathing exercises. Please let me know how long this needs to be done daily ?
How much time will it approximately take to have effect ?

    Dear AmniLakshmi,
I have started practising breathing techniques recently and it was said to me that , 'saadhana' that is daily practise is very essential as it take time for the individual to come out of the emotional base. It depends on how deep our mind got impured. The more deeper we are in the emotional side, the longer it will take to be stabilised. but, without expectation, it is essential to practise every single day to calm down. starting from 15 min, we can continue as we are comfortable. spending 15 to 30 min a day is more than worth to bring quality in life.
