OMG... I am really in love with the 1st one.
Hopefully the anarkali trend stays in for the next year too because I am planning to buy some of them this Diwali...

What do you think Ladied would it be in next year? or do you see any other new trend coming in?

    Hi Keya
    >Hopefully the anarkali trend stays in for the next year too because I am planning to buy some of them this Diwali...

My feeling is it will not stay long My 2cents
It is nice for a tall and moderately slim. Now with a slight twist the anarkali style dress is in trend - it comes with crushed cotton tops (below the bust, which is suitable for even slightly obese. Sorry i could not post it bcos i ve no more space in my attachments.
As Lakshmi (Chitti67) said now patiala has made its way in. I recently did half patiala for one for my customers. The outer will be plain and the inner will be gathering and the ankle part is pressed from sides. It looks cool and customer liked it.

    Hi friends,

Old fashions make a come back with some modification. So also has this present day
Anarkali style of kurta. Some ten to fifteen years back it used to be call umbrella-cut
kurta or kallidar kurta. I remember Rekha in Umrao Jaan. How elegant she looked in her kalidar kurtas. Of course, with proper styling and fitting any one can look good wearing it.

    With love

    Geeta Bhaskar
