    i used 2 get upset often... but an yr ago i realised no use of it... so wen i feel bad i used 2 b in silence... r listening music... r reading any book... i wont let my mind in the matter that made me upset... "Idle mind is devil's workshop"I'd never let it free...

    Konjam visu stylela irundhathu but when I read it next time I can see that its straight from your heart was like talking to your brain ...

    Brain knows everything correct but you know the Heart never listens to brain so its the internal problem that spurs out like upset mood ... thats it.
    But the remedy works out well esply music with many including me hehehehe ....
