Hi Friends, Below is the recipe for Amla rice. Amla Rice: Ingredients: Big Size Amla: 5 Rice: 1Cup (UnCooked) Turmeric: 1/8 tsp Til: 1tsp Salt: As needed To Temper: Oil: 2tbsp Mustard: 1tsp Jeera: 1tsp Peanuts: 1tbsp Urad Dal: 2tsp Red Chillies: 5 Green Chillies: 5 Curryleaves: 1sprig Preparation: 1. Cook rice with 2 cups of water for 3-4 whistles. 2. Grate the amla finely. 3. Heat pan with oil and temper with the items given under "To Temper" one by one in order given. 4. Now add turmeric and grated amla and saute it for 2 min. 5. Then add til and salt as required and mix. 6. Now, add the cooked rice to this and mix evenly. 7. Amla rice is ready to be served.
