    @Saranyaa
    You can use either for massage or in regular use.
    For hot oil massage warm sweet almond oil,massage gently(wrap wet,warm turkey towel-optional) wash off after 45 minutes
    OR apply oil,leave overnite and wash off in the morning.

    For regular use mix with other essential oils,esp coconut oil.

    Thanks.

    I personally prefer my Pro Naturals Moroccan Argan Oil leave in treatment, it has a very light unobtrusive smell and it is not oily. My problem with coconut and almond oil is that they are heavy. The one and only time I put coconut oil on my hair it was smelly for over a week......yuk, sorry ladies, and my husband would not sleep next to me. I'm sticking to my argan oil. Wash hair and before blow drying and curling I rub a little on the ends and half way up the shaft, then style. No heat damage, no smell, no need to wash it again.
