Hello everyone! I would greatly appreciate any views or experiences anyone can share as to which is a better area to live between Nahda Shj and Taawun. I understand that Al Nahda is closer to Dubai (in fact as some say, Nahda Shj is better than Nahda Dubai...better area & lesser rents in comparison, as good as living in Dxb). Taawun rents are much higher than Nahda, and pretty much on par with Dubai rents!!! The traffic around Taawun is jam-packed and slow-moving & takes much longer to reach Dxb from there. But that area looks quite posh & upmarket, especially the corniche road. Is it really worth that price though? I'm confused as to which would make a better family place to live in (with kids-friendly environment as a priority). Please do give your valued inputs! Thanks!
