Aiming for a 'New Me' - 3 months challenge

    5th Aug:

    Meal 1 - warm water
    Meal 2 - coffee with biscuits
    Meal 3 - roti with kurma
    Meal 4 - water, murukku
    Meal 5 - tea with biscuits
    Meal 6 - gongura dhal, bittergourd curry with very little rice

    Exercise: nothing (chums)

    Breakfast - 1 slice honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar) and fruit smoothie
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, yogurt, vegetable and 1 boiled egg white and buttermilk
    Eve - 1 cucumber and tea (with brown sugar)
    Dinner - Roti with paneer Subji (Today, no milk after dinner as I had tea in the evening)
    1 multi vitamin

    Workout :
    climbing stairs (at home)
    normal walk - 40 mins

    gym closed

    thank u chapra and shriya... my weight as of now is 86.6,, I know I have to try hard..started diet from today morning had 2 dosas and for lunch packed 2 chappathis for dinner planning to take oats hope I can manage...

    I took a break from gym, planning to start from Monday hope it helps to reduce the recent gained weight , everytime I will try and reach 80 kg after that I will become lazy.. this time no other go.........

    Diet Schedule as on 06.08.2014:

    Early Morning - My medicine along with hot water
    BF - Kellogs
    Mid Morning - Fruit
    Lunch - 2 wheat dosa with Sambhar
    Evening - 1 cup green tea along with a fruit
    Dinner - 2 Chapati with veggie

    Water - 1 1/2 lits
    Workout - Nil

    chapra, just cos you got your periods you dont need to stop working out.. working out will also help with the cramps.. its old myths that we shouldnt workout.. at least do brisk walking..

    Thanks Minara, I knew it but yesterday I could not do anything. Too much of cramp and depressed through out :(
