    my update
    wt:89kgs

    Morning: wheat grass with warm water
    BF: 1bowl upma with lots of veggies
    TEa
    Lunch :1cup rice with dal and karela curry
    little curd
    green tea and sprouts
    Dinner: 2 rotis with veg curry
    Buttermilk

    Exercise: did nothing:bonk

    Hi All,

    My name is Nanda...I am diagnosed with hypothyroidism 6 years back. With great difficulty i conceived and delivered a beautiful angel..My pre pregnancy weight was 54..during my delivery 85 kgs. By continuous efforts and determination i lost around 11 kgs...rite now i m 70 kgs. for the last 5 years i m struggling to lose my weight...

    I would like to join you in order to keep myself motivated during this weight loss journey. I am hvg 100mcg eltroxin every morning.

    I need to desperately lose weight as i want to plan for my second child. Please help !!!!!!!

    its very much difficult to have even tea during my work time. I hardly find time. Is it ok shall I have nuts evening? I also 3 days break. Will update my diet after 3 daysyumsmiley

    Hi ladies, I wud like to join in ur group, I want to lose my weight with no choice, since I am planning for my second child,,,hi shriya even I am taking medicines for thyroid 150 mg... I am struggling to reduce... settled after eid celebrations and gained some more weight with the help of biriyanis and sweets..any way trying hard will update my weight details tomorrow,,

    I know its very difficult, but not an impossible task...As chapra said, together we can achieve it...

    I guess we have to even plan out our diet schedule on a weekly basis.

    Can we hv a diet chart which we can follow.....

    I didn't want to make the diet look like too rigid. Hence didn't give a weekly chart.

    On a broad spectrum, the chart goes like this:

    in Empty stomach - warm water with lime juice & honey
    Breakfast - non oily, no junk
    Mid morning snack - fruit or nut or low fat healthy snack
    Lunch
    Evening - Tea/milk/green tea
    Mid evening snack - fruit, nut
    Dinner - low carb dinner

    Eating at periodic intervals in small portions boosts the metabolism. However, avoid fried items, sweets and junks.

    4th Aug:

    Meal 1 - warm water
    Meal 2 - tea with biscuits
    Meal 3 - roti with kurma
    Meal 4 - water, murukku
    Meal 5 - tea
    Meal 6 - roti with kurma

    Exercise: 30 minutes walking
