Aiming for a 'New Me' - 3 months challenge

    31st July:

    Meal 1 - warm water with honey and lime juice
    Meal 2 - tea with biscuits
    Meal 3 - oats, potato & cauliflower curry, curd
    Meal 4 - tea with biscuits
    Meal 5 - apple
    Meal 6 - 3 wheat dosa with mor kuzhumbu

    Exercise: floor exercises, 45 minutes walking

    okay, yesterday and today i keep aiming to do a full 40-50 min tae bo workout but always tire out by the time i hit 10-15 mins.. i guess i'm going to have to start slow again..

    food hasnt been that great.. what with the eid sweets and goodies all over the house.. but planning to stick to my old routine starting now.. my sis came over today and i packed up all the goodies for her.. so that's settled..

    my weight update: 83 kg

    Meal 4 - tea with biscuits
    Meal 5 - semiya payasam
    Meal 6 - rawa upma, moong sundal

    Meal 2 - tea with [COLOR=#009900 !important]biscuits[/COLOR]
    Meal 3 - oats, tomato dhal, bittergourd curry
    Meal 4 - tea with biscuits
    Meal 5 - m&m
    Meal 6 - rice :(, dhal, curd, bajji :( (I know was wrong :)) Will not do it again!

    morning 6.30am 1 litre water
    badam oil on face, coconut oil to head
    7.00am warm water with Apple cider vinegar, honey
    8.45 tea
    9.00 2 idli, coconut chutney
    11.45 green tea
    2.00 kollu kulambu, vegetables 1 cup, 1 glass butter milk
    6.30 tea, sprouts
    7.00 1 litre water

    no work out today, today more crowd in bank where I work, so tired

    9.30 3 idli, sambhar
    Is it ok diet chapra....? My weight is 66.8 on 1/8/14, planning to put down three kgs.

    Your diet looks decent, subhashree. If you feel hungry in between, you could snack on nuts, fruits, veggies.....

    Meal 3 - roti with aloo masala
    Meal 4 - water, murukku
    Meal 5 - biscuits
    Meal 6 - biriyani with mirchi ka salan

    Exercise:30 minutes walking
