    Measurements:
    Waist - 31.5 inches
    Hip - 41 inches

    Target weight by end of 3 months - 132 lbs (if possible 128 lbs)

    Meal 1 - warm water with honey and lime juice
    Meal 2 - tea with biscuits
    Meal 3 - Idli with podi
    Meal 4 - almonds
    Meal 5 - water
    Meal 6 - big bowl full of dhal

    Exercise: 40 minutes brisk walking, cross legged push ups - 40

    29th July: (pooja so couldnt avoid ghee)

    Meal 1 - warm water with honey and lime juice
    Meal 2 - tea with biscuits
    Meal 3 - rice flour with ghee, little broken rice payasam
    Meal 4 - tea with biscuits
    Meal 5 - water
    Meal 6 - 2 rotis with potato, cauliflower curry, few bhajjis (prasadam :()

    Exercise: stair climbing two floors - 5 times

    Meal 5 - nectarine fruit
    Meal 6 - dhal, few kunuku :(, curd

    Exercise: floor exercises
