Aim to lose 1.5 kg in a month until Dec 2016

    Hi All

    As everyone knows about my weight loss journey and off the track for past few months didnt really take care much but surprisingly no weight gain though but not happy with my progress so i created this thread to keep me motivated and track what i do .

    > weight loss strategy (workout )

    Week 1& 2 : Aim 20 - 30 mins workout
    Week 3 & 4 - Aim 30-45 mins workout


    *** everyday workout time ****

    > Window to our body (i.e mouth )

    Week 1 & 2 - Aim 1 day fasting day
    Week 3& 4 - Aim 2 days fasting day

    * fasting day menu

    ( one meal a day - either cup of fruits or veggie salad or soup (homemade) but low fat soup)
