    Hi ILs,

I would like to know what stuff can be added to wheat while grinding to make it more nutritious?
I have heard about addition of fenugreek seeds & soya.
Apart from that do u people add anything extra??

Do you grind the wheat in a mill?
If then, try adding multigrains like soya, ragi, oats, corn etc....

50 gms to 1 kg..and 100gms if it is just soya, oats.

i mill it..adding corn, oats, ragi, yellow soya, roasted chana each 500gms /5kgs with 20gms of methiseeds for regular use.

For me, it is 1kg wheat with 250 gms of soya, with 50gsm of methi. since i am taking more phyto estrogens i take a increased soya.
