Hi all Got to know that if you need to vacate from an ADCP apartment before completing the contract term of 1 year, then we need to pay 2 months rent extra effective from the date of vacating the apartment. This is applicable even if you give them notice or not. Is any of you aware of this rule? Anybody knows of any way round this one? Please reply urgently as we need to cancel the contract with ADCP by thursday. Thanks all
why are u vacating an ADCP building?are they not good? which location? where have u decided to move now? im planning to move from a 2 bed flat in khalidiya to a new 3 br flat anywhere in abu dhabi....i heard that adcp are good pls suggest
First of all if you want to cancel your flat before the expiry date, you have to have the valid reasons 1. Need to provide your employment termination letter from the company (or) 2. Transfer letter in case if you are relocating to some other location (or) 3. visa cancellation request if you are moving back to your home country. if you fail to provide any of the avove, you need to pay the full ampount mentioned in the contract. In this case if you have 3/8 more months to expire your contract you have to pay the whole amount. To conclude, you won't get anything back
This is something im hearing for the first time, need to check with others if they had any problems.will let u know if i get any info.
