Acupuncture And Ttc

• Has anyone tried acupuncture for fertility?
• Any success stories with acupuncture?
• Any failure stories with acupuncture?
• Is it safe?

I googled for acupuncture and I found only good success stories for acupuncture. This makes me wonder that if acupuncture is such a great technique then why not everyone is trying it? Does it have any side-effects? Is it just that it is not-so-popular? Or only success stories are documented whereas failures are not?

I'm confused and don't know if I should go to a Normal Fertility center or directly to an acupuncture center?
