Acne leaven Large Pores and permanent holes

Hi Can anyone suggest good Solution for Acne, and acne leaven deep large pores, which is leaven permanently in my face.

Mine is mid oily face, and I used to get pimples always, my age is 27, married with a kid.

HI,I have a suggestion for pores , but it is not permanent solution . I tried a pore corrector from sephora before using make up on my skin . It works as a miracle covering up those small and medium pores.really a life saver !! If you do not have access to Sephora, try using some other pore corrector products.
