Hello mam...thank u for the reply mam..avoid spicy foods means can we use little oil...little chillies...or shud avoid even 1 chilly...

Since 2 yrs am sleeping on wedge pillow only...not even once am sleeping flat..not even once ....mrng sometimes I have observed that night times i may slip down the wedge pillow...and mrng while am waking up i see nasal blockage as if v get cold...may be postnasal drip..but no change in my symptoms ..always mucus in throat...want to clear it ..hell life mam...avoid spicy foods means plz explain ma
