Hi, What is the current trend among builders in common area division while building an apt? 7 years back when I bought a flat it was around 18-20%(no frills building) but now I here a lot more is added to your flat as more common amenities are offered in gated communities and multistoried complexes. Can someone enlighten me on this aspect?
