About Sanjeevani ayurveda yoga centre in adyar chennai

Hi ladies,
I would like to know about sanjeevani ayurveda yoga centre in adyar, chennai. I have PCOD from my puberty and checked allopathy and homeopathy however i am not satsfied. Would like to know if anyone contacted that hospital for pcod or anyother problem. Doctor name is Dr.Girija.pls pour your suggestions.

Regular exercise and keep a check on weight is good to control Pcos.

Hi,
Its probably a bit late to answer this question. But I m hoping it ll be useful for others searching for the same. I was working with Dr Girija in Sanjeevani at Adyar. She is someone who approaches disease condition in a purely Ayurveda way without much modern investigation or treatment. She has definitely helped many with pcod conditions. It's very important to note - u have to be ready to be in a very stringent diet regime during the period of treatment .
