I am thrilled to see you at the helm. I know very well that being a moderator is not just a change in the colour (from blue to green) of your name. It involves a basic change in your roles and responsibilities.

And I for one, am sure that the responsibilities have fallen on not only beautiful shoulders but also on capable shoulders. I am sure you two will acquit yourself creditably in your new roles.

Moderator requires utmost vigilance, a soft approach to problem and a strong action on chronic offenders. I am sure, ladies, you care capable of delivering what is asked for from you.
