Looking to buy a new whisk on Amazon. I want something sturdy, comfortable to use and easy to wash. Main use will be to whisk plain yogurt, and occasionally cookie dough. There's just too many choices. I'd love to hear your recommendations. There seem to be silicone and stainless steel in the options, which is better? And also multiple sizes - 8, 10 and 12 inch. I'd prefer to buy one size and not a set of 3. I know for sure I don't want an electric whisk. I also don't want the India kind that you spin holding between two hands.
