I have been to Kodai twice. Once for our honeymoon and then just for a holiday. Enjoyed both the times and would love to go again. Kodai is one place which has still managed to retain its old charm. About the mist mystery...I totally agree. Once we left our room window open and fell asleep at noon. By the time we woke up the room was full of mist coming in from the window! This is one beautiful moment that will always stay with me my entire lifetime. WOW!
