    My Heart Is So Full Today

    Today, I feel like my heart could burst with joy. After years of longing, I’ve finally completed learning the Vishnu Sahasranamam — and not just learning it, but reciting it with correct pronunciation, just as it was meant to be. ✨

    This has been my dream for many years, a sacred wish tucked away in the corners of my soul. (I had even mentioned this in one of my responses to an earlier post.) And now, I am able to chant it confidently, word by word, syllable by syllable, only because of Sri Maha Vishnu's divine grace.

    Every time I recite the Vishnu Sahasranamam, I can feel its divine and powerful vibrations reverberate through my entire being. It’s more than just sound — it is energy; a sacred resonance that seems to clear the mind, soothe the heart & soul and gently align me with something higher.

    It’s as if each name of the Lord is a key unlocking peace, protection, and inner strength.

    This journey has been deeply humbling and incredibly fulfilling. The Vishnu Sahasranamam has become my anchor, my strength, and my quiet companion. I don’t know what lies ahead, but I do know this — with every recitation, I feel more centered, more connected, and more at peace than ever before.

    And today I have a full heart, steady breath, and overflowing gratitude.

    Om Namo Narayanaya May these vibrations continue to guide me, heal me, and bless every space they touch.

    @gamma50g,

    Blessed are the souls who knows how to recite Vishnu Sahasranamam by heart. I have seen people who recite it everyday and the energy that it creates with such people and Tejas in their faces. It creates such vibration both inside and outside. Sabdha Brahman is responsible for creating the vibration that operates the entire universe.

    My wife recites Vishnu Sahasranamam, Lalitha Sahasranamam, Soundarya Lahari, Rudram, Namakkam, Mooka Pancha Sathi and she is also learning a lot more including some Tamil recitations such as Vel Mara. Her quest to learn & recite them is endless.

    Hopefully, in my next life, I will learn to recite them for now, my focus is on the side of learning and assimilating spiritual knowledge.

    I wish you the best.

    Well done :clap2:! @gamma50g. I started to chant “Vishnu Sahasranamam” and Lalitha sahasranamam a long time ago. True, chanting gives unknown positives vibes and soothing to heart. I recite Vishnu sahasranamam along with MS Subbulakshmi’s audio clip.
