My SIL is going to get married and my MIL (wife's mother) has already started hinting that she wants to move in with us after SIL's marriage. I DO NOT want her moving in with us and hence need to convey this to my wife in the best way possible. Any suggestions are welcome.

Tell her that staying apart from her mum will be better since staying together strains relations. Convince her that u are really concerned abt the relationship. If she insists on bringing her mum, leave yr kid with her and u go to work..at least u dun have to face her all day...this is what we advise all stay at home mums...hahaha..

Ok seriously, u yrself said in your earlier threads what a hard time u had when both mil and sil were with u..can U imagine going through all that forever. Pls take a stand and tell yr wife u can't stay with her mum...she shld understand..
